8.5' x 20' Parking Space
Uncovered parking space on paved concrete and ideal for vehicles with a maximum 20ft length. Vehicles must fit within the parking space without overflowing into the next space. Allowed vehicles include cars, SUV's, trucks, campers, RV's and some types of trailers.
10' x 10' Enclosed Storage Unit
A 10’ x 10’ storage unit is approximately half the size of a one car garage. We recommend these units when moving from a dorm room, studio or one-bedroom apartment, decluttering or remodeling part of your home. A standard size motorcycle would easily fit inside and a 10’ x 10’ unit would provide plenty of storage for containers, tools and small equipment for contractors or businesses.
10' x 13.5' Enclosed Storage Unit
When you need a little more space than a 10’ x 10’ unit, our 10’ x 13.5’ storage unit is almost the size of a standard one-car garage and ideal for storing the contents of 3 room’s worth of furniture or a 2-bedroom apartment. We recommend these units for tenants needing to store furniture, appliances, outdoor or sports equipment, motorcycles, short/small trailers and even small recreational vehicles like ATV’s and UTV's.
10' x 20' Enclosed Storage Unit
Ideal for storing a vehicle, our 10’ x 20’ storage unit will fit the contents of a 3 or 4-bedroom house, including large appliances, contents from a basement or garage and other oversized items such as sectional couches. Commercial business tenants love this size for storing inventory, files, and business supplies. We have premium backing space units starting at $140/month ideal for small to mid-size cars and some midsize trucks, trailers, and small boats less than 15ft can be driven or pulled inside to keep out of the elements.

10' x 25' Enclosed Storage Unit
We recommend our 10’ x 25’ storage units for business storage, oversized furniture, small boats less than 20ft, vehicles and trailers. Considered the size of a 1.5 car garage, our 10’ x 25’ units will store up to 6 rooms of furniture or a 3–4-bedroom home. They can accommodate appliances, patio furniture, sofas, mattress sets, many boxes, garage items, sports equipment, and are great if you’re building a new house or you’re in the process of moving. Some units have premium backing space to allow vehicle and small boat less than 20ft and trailer storage for convenience and security.

13.5' x 50' Enclosed Storage Unit
If you are looking for Class-A RV, large boat, truck or contractor storage, our 13.5’ x 50’ units are spacious with wide entries and tall roll up doors. Each unit is fully enclosed to provide protection from the elements and secured with double latches on each door. These units are ideal for RV's, campers, large boats and trailers.
